Minimum Review Characters

I've got a few customers who like to leave a review of "." or "sdgsdfhdsfgfd"
Would it be possible to add a 'minimum review length' option to submissions? Or a way to identify actual words instead of nonsense?

We see reviews come through that are one or two words. We'd like to add a feature that requires a character minimum when creating reviews.

This would really help us as well. Customer's abusing the reviews just to get their coupon.
