Add segmentation and funnel to the review process flow or REDIRECT for TrustPilot etc.

About the FLOW that I wanted for the TrustPilot. I would like to segmentize my customers. And send them information according to the segment. For example, to send a link/url to our TrustPilot Page only to those customers which provided us 5 STARS. See here for an example:
