Add CHANGE PLAN option to Dashboard "More" dropdown

Add a new option to the Dashboard's MORE dropdown for "Change Plan" or "Upgrade Plan" or "Plan Status".

Background: I was reviewing my paid app's billing and did not see a charge for the monthly fee for Judge.Me. Huh? Was I on the free plan or paid? So I looked over the Dashboard and could see nothing to indicate my plan status or how to change it. So I chatted online with support.

I suggested this feature, but was informed it would be problematic as it could possibly incur multiple billing for the app if the user played around and went Paid, Free, Paid, Free, etc. within a billing cycle. Okay, I get it. But people still wanna check plan status, etc.

So Add the suggested Option, BUT DO NOTHING to change the Plan! Display a page that gives the current Plan Status (Paid or Free -- and some History?), as well as something that says, "To Change your Plan, please contact Support via the Online Chat", or something to that effect. (May even want to explain why.)

Problem solved.
