Can we have more than one country be considered Domestic for the Email Review Request timing?

I am in Canada and the shipping time to my Canada and US customers is approximately the same (about 1 week). I would like if we could have both countries be considered domestic or the timing of when the email review requests are sent out. For all other international countries, it takes 4-10 weeks for the packages to arrive. Due to the big discrepancy in the delivery times, we want to keep Canada and US review request emails the same timing. Having the ability to have more than one country be considered domestic for the email review request send timing would help greatly.
