Link customer profile photo with their Google or Facebook account. We are currently able to do this in Okendo, and it helps give more credibility to the reviews we have received as the customer's profile picture along with the Google or Facebook symbol shown on their photo.

I also suggest incentivizing the customer to link their Google or Facebook profile photo with their review if you ever introduce multilevel incentives depending on the condition. This is how we've been able to incentivize customers to link their social profiles with their review by offering a slightly bigger discount for linking their social profile to their review at the end of their submission.

I have many customers that would like to write reviews for our site, but they want their reviews to be tied to their Account/Profile/Name/Avatar.

It provides them with more of a sense of building their name, and giving them a platform, community, and following.

It also offers a better sense of credibility to the reviews on our site.

As of right now, thinking as a consumer, the reviews feel a bit to "meh," because they don't have an "account" behind them.

Having a profile icon for the reviews would greatly improve the aesthetics and credibility as Bob mentioned.
