Make images in emails download as actual thumbnail size

Currently, review images download as full sized images making unnecessary downloads. They're not thumbnails at all. This also causes review request emails to break in Outlook.
If the emails just used actual thumbnails then this wouldn't be a problem. Please change them to use the thumbnail images!
