More specific logic to custom form questions

Not all questions are applicable to all products or to all customers. Would be great to have some logic around picking the questions a reviewer gets to answer.

Ex: customer is a VIP member or different gender
Ex: product variant has a different property, but should be reviewed as the same product

So I have speicific products that need more custom reviews.

For example, Eliquid:
Some customers might rate the overall experience of it 5 stars, however there might be a donwside to it, so I would like them to be able to review it based on 3 things

Taste
ADV
Price

But on the coil collection, it should be
Flavor
Clouds
Longevity
Price

and based on those, it will form a more accurate 5 star rating.
