Klaviyo Integration: Include product in SubmittedReview to start product-specific email flows
Pass the specific product information to Klaviyo when a positive review is left.
I would like to create product specific followup sequences for "raving fans" but it seems that only the generic positive review attribute is passed

scottAlso pass the email address of the reviewer! At present, only email information would be passed if the purchase had occured on shopify prior to the review. Often times people purchase elsewhere but come to our site to leave reviews. Thus Klaviyo has no way to email them!

Moderator Admin@scott I am not sure if the Klaviyo API is allowing this. I think everything needs to be based on existing subscribers/emails, but we will check once we get our hands on this again.

We do include the product_title as an attribute inside the SubmittedReview event if it's a product review. So to start a flow for a specific product, I think you can use SubmittedReview as a trigger and the product_title attribute as a trigger filter in Klaviyo. I hope this can resolve your case. -

Douglas MergedTo improve the ability to filter the emails sent out through your Klaviyo integration, it would be great to receive additional information about each lineItem. You currently only pass the name, quanitity purchased, image and review link to the product.
By passing the product type or product category of the lineItem, you would allow us to properly sort the list (and exclude certain items completely).
