Currently only a small "Feedback sentence" ("Your review has been successfully submitted. Thanks! ") is added for buyers that come from the in-email review form; you can find it here: https://judge.me/settings?jump_to=email+review+follow-up (Setting box: Email Review Follow-up)
There should be dedicated page, a modal/overlay or a static Shopify page (chosen by the merchant).
