Add Related Products to Email Review Request

  Would like to have the ability to add product recommendations in the ask for review email.

  "Recommend similar products in ask for review email" (suggested by Sharas on 2019-09-19), including upvotes (1) and comments (0), was merged into this suggestion.

  Would love to see the product list variables (i.e. random_products_html, bought_together_html...) be a buy now button instead of review or an option to do that. Asking for a review on a product they probably haven't purchased isn't as useful as trying to upsell on a related item from the store.

  Hello everyone,
  You can add "Upsell" block to review request email template.
  1. Navigate to "Collect Reviews" and then select "Email Templates."
  2. Choose the template you'd like to customize.
  3. Within the template, click on the "Block" tab.
  4. Drag and drop the "Upsell" block into your email template.
  In the block settings, you can fine-tune the display of products by selecting from options such as "Bought together," "Top Sellers," "Most Reviewed," or "Random selection."
