Separate Email for Question & Answers
Hi Team
To answer customers questions & answers, and respond to customer negative reviews, we do have a team. However, they don't have access to Shopify. If you are able to implement below , it would be great benefit for the users like us.
1. Just like negative reviews, if you provide option for adding another email to question & answers. it will help instead of adding it in admin panel. The reason is, Admin panel will receive all the notifications.
2. Most of the companies has customer service team to answer the questions and respond to the negative reviews. Integration with Zendesk will help definitely help customers on time when ever ticket is created in zendesk.
Your team & customer service is awesome , We would be glad if you consider these two options for implementation.
