Custom Form Based Upon SKU/Collection

Ability to provide a custom form based upon specific products that were ordered and display the answers on the product page. Example: Ask customers about the fit of a product and display the overall fit on the product page.

Yes! we're actually working on this right now and you can expect a custom forms overhaul that allows you to specify different forms for (1) Shops, (2) All products, (3) A selection of specific products, pretty soon (rough ETA is the end of the month)
