When requesting reviews from old orders, you can only send them to all customers after a certain date. It would be helpful if you could exclude orders refunded orders from receiving review requests. Customers who were refunded were not satisfied with their purchase and more likely to leave a negative review. Filtering on "payment status" would allow shop owners to only request reviews from customers who kept their purchase.
