Ensure reviews on carousel are recognised by Google

We have the Judge.me reviews carousel on our front page of beeswax-polish.co.uk but the reviews are still not recognised in Google SERPs. The reviews on our product pages are fine and show through, but the main homepage reviews on the carousel do not.

This might be because Google doesn't consider duplicated content. Afterall, the review in the carousel is the same review as you have on your product page already.
