Allow users to enter location info vs. inaccurate IP detection

We've had several customers ask us to change their review because it shows them as being in the wrong city (and sometimes state) because the location is automatically based on their IP which can often be an inaccurate geo-location at best.

It's an odd thing for customers to be upset about, but it's important for authenticity of the reviews for all the information to be accurate and it's actually happening often enough that I'm here requesting this.

It's a very unfortunate scenario to have to tell a customer that we have no control over it and can't edit it - the only thing we can do is remove location info for all reviews, or remove the city and hope the state is correct, etc. neither of which should be a necessary fix.

Please allow customers to enter their location info when submitting a review as a standard editable field instead of the IP auto-detection. Thank you.
