Add integration with Klaviyo for verified reviews

Add integration with klaviyo so that review requests can be sent and tracked through their native system, while still allowing for a “Verified Purchase” badge

the user can build a a similar template as yours (with the star ratings, review box, etc.) sent directly from the ESP as part of an established automated flow, but when the user clicks the “send review” button it will direct them to the same screen as it currently does, where they can edit their review and add photos, and mark them as a verified purchaser. I’m not sure if this is as simple as installing a particular html button in the email or what, but it would be very helpful to let it be tracked and reported by klaviyo’s advanced reporting.

Klaviyo would be very helpful, please! We have built all our Apps around Klaviyo and Shopify integration so these are critical for us. Klaviyo is also in process of adding new features and integrations so a Judge.me integration would be awesome!

Hi Jack,

We have added events for submitted reviews, positive/negative reviews, questions asked, or answers written,..etc for Klaviyo. Here are some ideas:

Someone left a positive review: Automatically start a new email flow after 2 weeks?
A recent buyer answered a product questions? Engage with them again via email.

Would dynamically populating the last 3 positive reviews as they appear in judge.me app on one's website placed in an email be a possibility? That way the recipient of the email would see the most up to date comments with the look of how it appears on one's site?

It would be great to be able to get the different blocks from your emails directly within Klaviyo to Ask for reviews directly in emails that are customize within Klaviyo (example: I want to ask for a review + add a block to cross sell a few items)

Another review application called Loox allows Review requests to be triggered as part of a flow - that would be ideal.

Update: We have improved our integration with Klavyio and now send additional info each time we receive a review, including the product title, handle, review. Now, we also send relevant information each time a Q&A question is answered. We are still exploring ways where Klavyio and trigger review requests.

What would be very helpful is being able to build the review email in Klaviyo so it can become part of all the other centralized flows and offers. This would allow much more powerful logic based reminders and incentives than currently available just in judge.me.

Absolutely needed! AT THE MOMENT Yotpo doesn't offer this feature either. Merchants can't be expected to manage 2 separate email platforms.

Sending review request directly from Klaviyo is gonna supercharge the review collection rate. There are more perks: Email management centralization (in Klaviyo). Klaviyo email builder is way more advanced. Klaviyo flow is a killer to trigger request. Please make it happen Judge.me team!
