Add Follow-up Email after Coupon Code Email
We've now sent out thousands of coupon codes through the app, with no way of actually tracking who among the recipients have used their codes. It would be great if there was a 'follow-up' email that can be sent through the app to remind unconverted customers to use their discount codes. This would substantially increase your customer base's ROI.

Brian Klotzman MergedIts awesome that we can send coupons automatically for people leaving a review. It would be great if we could send them a reminder a day or two before their coupon expires reminding them to use it.

Dominic MergedIt would be great if you could remind a customer x days after he received a reward (coupon) email for his review when he has not yet redeemed it.

JinnyI third this as well. In all of my automated email flows, we always send a reminder email the day before the coupon expires to remind the customer. This helps with maintaining more touch points with the customer and helps with ROI.

RipWould be amazing to see the discount emails that have been sent and which customers have used them. A follow-up email could be automated with a configurable delay period. That would be super helpful!!!

angewould be nice to send multiple rewards coupons. For example, one reward for a text only review then another reward when they leave a photo/video review
