We've now sent out thousands of coupon codes through the app, with no way of actually tracking who among the recipients have used their codes. It would be great if there was a 'follow-up' email that can be sent through the app to remind unconverted customers to use their discount codes. This would substantially increase your customer base's ROI.

JinnyI third this as well. In all of my automated email flows, we always send a reminder email the day before the coupon expires to remind the customer. This helps with maintaining more touch points with the customer and helps with ROI.
