Option to limit number of review requests per day

For sites that have big bursts in orders that correspond to campaigns. It would be nice to have an area to set a limit of email review requests per day so that if there are a larger than normal scheduled for a certain day it would automatically reschedule and distribute the ones over x maximum per day.
