Bulk or individual Whatsapp requests to customers

I see that most of the customers do not take pain to got through the emails. While Whatsapp is too prevalent in India, it seems to be the best medium to contact customers for anything. As such I receive max requests for our store through whatsapp. I think, you should have a mechanism or an integration with whatsapp to contact customers. It should automatically fetch customer database and allow the user to customise the message. That should help with increased business share.

A great app which fulfills almost all expectations for me. I was delighted to have the carousal on my home page, a feature which i never knew existed. This app offers so many features, it leaves you well equipped to make your store look most attractive. My only suggestion is to have a provision for integration with WhatsApp or attaching snapshots from WhatsApp chat as many customers prefer to share their feelings through chats.
