Ability to add pictures/videos to review replys
Customer assembled my product incorrectly and requested a feature in his product review which I already have would he assembled it correctly. I clarified in a review response but it would be cool to include a picture of video of it working the way I say it does.

Deborah MergedWe would like the ability to add an image along with our written response to a customer review or product question. Currently, if we would like to include an image, we must email the photo to the customer directly. Often, the photo submitted directly to the customer would be beneficial in providing details to other shoppers as well. Since these are typically customer specific quick snapshot images provided to help clarify or answer an individual question, we do not wish to add these photos to the main product images provided on the product page. Thanks for considering adding this functionality :)

SafiyyaI find the lack of this quite frustrating especially when a customer has negatively replied. As an advertiser I would like to upload proof of whatever it is to outline to other customers so it’s clear. Honest communication.

A MergedIt's helpful to be able to show a screenshot in response to a belligerant customer that simply shows facts instead of a he said/ she said. I don't want to drag anybody, but it's hard to leave up one star reviews that are untrue when the customer's issue has been completely and totally resolved but they keep going on and on
